Stirring up Anger

Today I had an experience that was birthed completely in innocence.  I had some questions for some other individuals at work following a prior days conversation.  The conversation got turned into much more than it was and caused others undue duress.  I went to the person, explained the nature of my initial question and the innocence in which it was asked.  The person extended me much grace.  Today I am reminded of Proverbs 15;1.

Proverbs 15;1

1 A soft answer turns away wrath,
but a harsh word stirs up anger.

God wishes us to be up front and honest, yet kind in our speech.  I pray that we all can benefit from this lesson.  Amen!
