SOAP October 22, 2014

Scripture: For your gods have become as many as your cities, O Judah, and as many as the streets of Jerusalem are the altars you have set up to shame, altars to make offerings to Baal. (Jeremiah 11:13 ESV)

Observation: very direct, and very true.  Where/what/who do be replace God with in our lives..that's a real soil searching question.

Application: God must be the main attraction, not some side show.  He deserves our full measure of devotion.

Prayer: Daddy, in Your grace and sovereignty, show us the altars that we have built up and must be torn down.  Let the world be the side show, and You be the star attraction.  Amen.
