SOAP December 4, 2014

Scripture: This shall be the sign to you, declares the Lord, that I will punish you in this place, in order that you may know that my words will surely stand against you for harm: (Jeremiah 44:29 ESV)

Observation: God is just, there is real reward and real punishment.

Application: We ought to do what is right in the eyes of the Lord and not tempt His anger and seek punishment.

Prayer: Daddy, teach our hearts to desire to please You.  Not that we are holy, but because You are holy and have called us to be one with You.  Amen.
